How do I return an item?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer exchanges.
If for some reason, you are not satisfied with the size, please return the item and re-order on our website.
To Return a Product
Please email Customer Service to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA), Monday – , .
• Have your invoice number and account number.
• Returned Merchandise must be shipped prepaid.
• RMA number is valid for 14 days only.
• The RMA number must be clearly marked on the shipping label. We will not accept returns without a RMA # on the label.
• Include your RMA # on all shipping label and all correspondence.
• Pack equipment loosely to prevent wrinkling.
• Pack uniform neatly to prevent unoriginal creases.
• Leave straps unfastened, not wrapped around it.
What You May Return
You may return new merchandise suitable for resale; this does not include anything that has been washed, worn, altered, or soiled or damaged. Returns are accepted for exchange/refund within 14 days of purchase with no restocking fee.
What You Can’t Return
Merchandise not suitable for return includes:
• Products without RMA #
• Merchandise with Tag/Label missing or detached.
• Merchandise with Damaged packaging.
• Merchandise that has been worn
• Merchandise that has been washed
• Merchandise that has been altered, soiled, or damaged
• Clearance merchandise
